Orders
Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number. You can also follow it any time on our Track Order page. If the first tracking scan hasn't appeared yet, give it a day or two — carriers sometimes scan a package a little after it leaves us.
We move fast to get orders out the door, so once an order is placed we usually can't change or cancel it — including the items, size, color, address, or payment method. If it's just shipped, the simplest path is to return it after it arrives. Reach out to support@ferrecciusa.com right away and we'll help if it hasn't shipped yet.
Packages can sit between scans while moving between hubs. If your tracking hasn't updated in 7+ days, contact us at support@ferrecciusa.com and we'll look into it for you.
We're sorry about that — email support@ferrecciusa.com with your order number and a photo of the item, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
Shipping
Orders ship the same or next business day. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100. You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships.
Reach out to support@ferrecciusa.com for international shipping options and rates. Note that international orders may be subject to customs fees or ID verification set by the destination country.

Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. To start a return, email support@ferrecciusa.com and we'll send instructions.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund is issued to your original payment method. It can take a few business days for your bank to post it.
Absolutely. Email support@ferrecciusa.com with your order number and the size you'd like, and we'll help you swap it. Not sure of your size? Check our Size Guide first.
Payments
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), plus Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal at checkout.
If a payment is declined, you can enter a different card or payment method before completing checkout. We don't receive the reason for a decline, so for details it's best to check with your bank or card issuer.
Contact us right away at support@ferrecciusa.com with your name, email, the date of the charge, and the amount, and we'll look into it.

Gift Cards
Head to our Gift Card Balance page and enter your card code to see what's left.
No — Ferrecci gift cards do not expire.
Gift cards are final sale and can't be returned or refunded, except where required by law.
Sizing & Product
Our Size Guide has full measurement charts for suits, tuxedos, shirts, vests, and hats. If you're between sizes or want help, book a fitting on our appointment page.
We recommend dry cleaning, steaming to release wrinkles (rather than high-heat ironing), and storing on a wide hanger in a breathable garment bag. Full care notes are on each product page.
Yes — on-site adjustments are available during an in-store fitting. Add the tailoring service when you book on our appointment page.
