We want you in the right fit. We don't offer refunds, but within 14 days of delivery you can exchange your item or receive store credit — so you always end up with something you love.
- Exchange for a different size, color, or style
- Store credit toward a future order
- No cash refunds to the original payment method
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
How to start your exchange
Final Sale
Defects reported within 3 days of delivery
All wholesale orders are final sale. The only exception is defective merchandise — if something arrives flawed, let us know within 3 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
- No returns or exchanges on wholesale orders
- Defective items may be claimed within 3 days of delivery
- Include photos and your order number so we can verify quickly
- Approved claims are resolved by replacement or credit
