Within 14 days of delivery

We want you in the right fit. We don't offer refunds, but within 14 days of delivery you can exchange your item or receive store credit — so you always end up with something you love.

  • Exchange for a different size, color, or style
  • Store credit toward a future order
  • No cash refunds to the original payment method
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached

How to start your exchange

Email support@ferrecciusa.com with your order number within 14 days to request an RMA number.

Write your RMA number clearly on the package and ship the item back to our Headquarters.

Once we receive and inspect it, we'll process your exchange or issue your store credit.

Wholesale Accounts

Final Sale

Defects reported within 3 days of delivery

All wholesale orders are final sale. The only exception is defective merchandise — if something arrives flawed, let us know within 3 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

  • No returns or exchanges on wholesale orders
  • Defective items may be claimed within 3 days of delivery
  • Include photos and your order number so we can verify quickly
  • Approved claims are resolved by replacement or credit

How to file a defect claim

Within 3 days of delivery, email support@ferrecciusa.com with your order number and photos of the defect to request an RMA number.

Once approved, write your RMA number on the package and ship the item back to our Headquarters.

After inspection, we'll issue a replacement or credit to your wholesale account.

No package is accepted without an RMA number

Return questions

An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number is your approval to send an item back. It lets us match your package to your order and process it quickly. We can't accept any package without one, so always request your RMA before shipping anything back.
For retail orders, we offer exchanges or store credit within 14 days rather than cash refunds. Wholesale orders are final sale unless the item is defective.
Return shipping for exchanges and store credit is the customer's responsibility. For approved defective-item claims, contact us at support@ferrecciusa.com and we'll advise on the return.
We're sorry about that. Email support@ferrecciusa.com with your order number and photos right away — within 3 days for wholesale — and we'll make it right.
In-store purchases follow the same retail terms — exchange or store credit within 14 days. Bring your receipt to either of our Downtown LA locations.
