Orders ship the same or next business day. You'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as yours is on its way. Free standard shipping on orders over $100.

Yes. Use the Track Your Order link in your shipping confirmation email — it works without an account. You can also create an account with the same email you ordered with to pull your orders into your dashboard.
Carriers sometimes scan a package a little after it leaves us, and packages can sit between scans while moving between hubs. If it hasn't moved in 7+ days, contact us at support@ferrecciusa.com and we'll look into it.
