Thank you for shopping at Ferrecci USA, we appreciate your business. Our goal is to provide you with quality men's apparel at an affordable price, while offering you fast, premium shipping and excellent customer service.

Orders are processed Mon - Fri from 10am - 3:30pm Pacific time. We do our very best to get your order shipped the next business day. Occasionally orders will ship same business day depending on how busy we are. We do not ship on Holidays and weekends.


WHAT TO DO IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO RETURN YOUR ORDER:

We understand that from time to time items may need to be returned for various reasons, so we are happy to offer a hassle free, 30 day returns policy. We want you to feel confident shopping with us knowing that you are welcome to return your order to us within 30 days for a full refund.

STEP 1: Open a return for the item(s)by sending a return request to: returns@ferrecciusa.com. Your return request must include:
a. Your order number
b. The item(s) name and quantity of items you are wanting to return.
c. The reason for your return.

STEP 2: Wait for authorization. If your return is within the valid returns period our our staff will authorize your return with an email that will include an RMA (Return Authorization Number) and all the information you need to return your item.

STEP 3: Ship your return back to us using a shipping of your choice. For your benefit please ship using a trackable service. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.

STEP 4: Once your return is delivered to us, please allow 5-7 business days for our returns department to process your return.

 


WHAT TO DO IF YOU WANT AN EXCHANGE:

Simply open a return for your item using the steps above. Next, place a NEW order for the item in the new size or color you are now wanting and we will ship it out to you.



TO QUALIFY FOR A FULL REFUND YOUR RETURN MUST:

1. Be received on or before the 30th day from the day the item(s) was delivered to you.

2. Be in brand new condition not showing any signs of damage or wear.

3. Include all original packaging, accessories, hang tags, stickers, wrapping and garment bags that came with the item.

4. Not be washed or altered in any way.




IMPORTANT INDICATIONS:

1. Returns without a valid Amazon RMA (Return Number) will not be accepted.

2. Returns received after 30 days from the day you received the item will be charged a 20% late fee.

3. Returns which are received back damaged, dirty or worn will only be refunded up to 75% to be determined based on a case by case basis.

4. A $5 deduction will apply to returns that are missing a garment bag or hanger.




WHAT TO DO IF YOU RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM, AN INCOMPLETE ORDER OR DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE:

Please email us at returns@ferrecciusa.com within 48 hrs of delivery to let us know what the issue is with your order.

Please attach 1 clear photo of the item and area of damage or defect if any.

Please also attach 1 clear photo of the barcode sticker that came with your item.

We will be happy to send you a pre-paid shipping label to return defective or incorrect merchandise and we will do our very best to send a non-defective replacement or the correct item(s) to you immediately using an expedited shipping method. In the event that we are out of stock we will refund you promptly.

Any orders received damaged, dirty or defective must be reported to us within 5 business days to qualify for full refund and free return shipping. We are unable to honor claims or damage after 5 business days as our claims department cannot verify if the damage occurred before or after delivery of your item(s).



IMPORTANT ORDER INFORMATION

1. We receive a high volume of messages and we do our best to respond as soon as possible within 24-48 hrs.

2. Our order fulfillment system is fully automated and unfortunately WE ARE NOT ABLE TO CANCEL OR CHANGE ORDERS AFTER THEY ARE PLACED. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR ORDER AND SHIPPING ADDRESS ARE CORRECT BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER.

3. Packages that are returned to us due to refusal of package upon delivery or doing a return to sender will be charged what it cost us to ship the package to you.

4. Orders returned to us as undeliverable due to address being entered incorrectly by customer when purchasing OR returned as undeliverable due to several delivery attempts made, are welcome to pay to have the item re-shipment. Rates are $13.99 for suits and blazers, $6.99 for hats, $5.99 for pants, $3.99 for shirts, vests, bowties, neckties or smaller items. Since we pay for standard shipping on all orders and there is no charge to the buyer, if buyer chooses not to have package reshipped the buyer will be refunded in full minus what we paid to ship your order.
